With the new Monoclonal Antibody Therapies available, the staff needed to get out a consistent message of how to administer and select patients for the therapy. Working with the information provided by the subject matter experts, a course was developed and deployed.

A New Knowledge Tree Job Aid was introduced to help care managers deal with Crisis Calls.
Team was not using the Knowledge Tree stating they did not feel comfortable with the calls or have enough practice.
It was determined by using the Workflow Checklist that it was not a motivation problem or an environmental problem, but simply, the learners did not know what to do.
A phased learning series was developed for this client.
